Sarah Kunst

Sarah Kunst is the founder and Managing Director of Cleo Capital, an early-stage venture capital investment fund based in the United States. Since establishing the firm in February 2018, she has directed capital allocations primarily toward technology startups led by women and underrepresented founders. Prior to her current investment role, Kunst served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Proday, worked as a Senior Advisor at the technology platform Bumble, and contributed as an editor for Marie Claire. Additionally, she holds an Investor Board Member position at the nonprofit organization Venture For America and studied advertising at both Michigan State University and Texas Christian University. Her professional background bridges consumer media operations with institutional investing, maintaining a specialized focus on expanding early-stage venture funding access for diverse technology entrepreneurs across the startup ecosystem.
