Tracie Rotter

Tracie Rotter is the Partner of Platform at Lux Capital, where she leads the firm's platform team to connect portfolio companies with strategic partners, talent, and resources. Previously, she spent 10 years as a Partner at Google Ventures (GV), co-founding the firm's partnerships practice and building cross-collaboration programs across the broader Google ecosystem. Before her tenure at GV, Rotter served as a Senior Vice President at Experian, working alongside data scientists and engineers to incubate new products focused on identity, blockchain data, and ESG initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant at Accenture, advising corporate clients such as PepsiCo, Pfizer, and MetLife, and she holds both an MBA and a BA in Economics from Duke University. Her current focus centers on scaling startup commercialization efforts and facilitating strategic ecosystem partnerships from the seed stage through exit.
