Wesley Chan

Wesley Chan is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz based in San Francisco, California. Before joining the firm in January 2024, he served as the co-founder and CEO of Zapier, scaling the platform to over three million users before its 2021 acquisition. Earlier in his career, Chan worked as an early product manager at Google, where he co-founded Google Analytics in 2005 and developed AdSense. As an investor, he has backed prominent technology companies including Figma, which reached a $20 billion valuation, alongside Airtable and Scale AI. He holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His current investment focus centers on early-stage artificial intelligence, developer tools, and enterprise software, recently leading a $100 million funding round for Cursor AI.
